Videos that bring processes and messages to scale.

The amount of energy that it takes to repeatedly explain the same processes builds and builds into one of the larger hidden costs of running a business. A process is developed and it gets a little easier to articulate a consistent message- the opportunity is to bring this consistency to scale by translating the message into video form.

Optimax wanted to update their modes of communicating their optics manufacturing process through familiar faces that are a part of the company. These employees know exactly what the people they train need to learn about their department and how it all functions as a whole.

We had a two days of on site production with interviews of their employees on a green screen background followed by a series of footage shot following them through their department to connect the information given during the interview with visuals that keep the viewers attention.
